Ticket, photo, and transaction records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet the venue's operational and legal recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal retention obligations.

6. Your Choices

Guests interact with ValetDX via a one-time SMS link and are not required to create an account. Staff members can update or request removal of their account information by contacting their administrator or reaching out to us directly.
